1/18/18 – WGU Missouri Welcomes Michael Rausch as IT Site Support Technician

WGU Missouri, the state’s only fully online, competency-based university, is pleased to announce that Michael Rausch, of Belleville, Ill., has joined the organization as IT Site Support Technician. In this role, he will be responsible for providing IT support to students, faculty and staff and maintaining systems to ensure they are current and functioning to the highest standard.

Rausch brings to WGU Missouri nearly 10 years of experience in information technology support and customer care. His background includes serving in a variety of IT support-related contract roles with BJC, Memorial Hospital and Boeing.  He also worked with Delta Dental of Missouri and as a computer support technician with Mystic Windows. His experience includes upgrading and maintaining systems hardware, software and related infrastructure. He also possesses high analytical, troubleshooting and technical skills.

WGU Missouri, which has a current enrolled student body of 2,565 and more than 1,500 alumni, also recently added several new staff members to its enrollment services team. The following individuals have joined as enrollment counselors and will work with WGU Missouri’s staff to help meet the needs of the university’s student population as it continues to grow:
