ElmTree Funds, which was launched in St. Louis in 2011 and has offices and affiliates across the country, is pleased to announce that David R. Piasecki has joined its team as Managing Director of Operations.
Piasecki, who currently resides in Florida, will be based out of ElmTree’s office in Clayton, Mo. He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition and finance, real estate-based corporate finance and asset-based finance for both large and entrepreneurial organizations including finance and private equity companies. In the past decade, Piasecki has founded and served as chief investment officer and chief consultant of two investment companies based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where he specialized in real estate acquisitions, credit analysis and implementing business strategies.
A skilled professional in finance and private equity, Piasecki’s knowledge of the commercial real estate industry makes him a great addition to the Company as ElmTree strives to create superior risk-adjusted returns for its investors.
Piasecki holds bachelor degrees in history and economics from Saint Louis University.
