At The Hauser Group, we believe that a PR firm’s role is behind the scenes and that the spotlight should be on our clients. Therefore, rather than specifically seeking out awards for our work, we concentrate our efforts on capturing awards and recognition that promotes our clients’ successes – successes that we have played a role in. Examples include the following:
As part of the Casino Queen’s pursuit to be named one of the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2011 Healthiest Employers, The Hauser Group helped the casino complete the narrative portion of the nomination form, underscoring the company’s commitment to employee health and wellness, which resulted in the gaming company winning its category and being honored as a Healthy Employer.
In 2011, Delta Dental of Missouri was among 30 exceptional businesses, organizations and individuals from several different countries recognized with a Communitas Award from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals for excellence in community service and corporate social responsibility.
In 2011, The St. Louis Business Journal recognized Susan Trautman, executive director of Great Rivers Greenway, as one of St. Louis’ 25 Most Influential Business Women.
Holy Wisdom Monastery, one of the many projects on which Vertegy has consulted, was featured in Interiors & Sources Magazine as one of the Top 10 LEED Projects of 2010. Vertegy’s extensive work in helping the facility earn LEED Platinum certification was brought to light as a part of this award.
In 2006, Delta Dental of Missouri’s highly successful community outreach initiatives were highlighted in the 2006 Guide to Best Practices in Corporate Social Responsibility, released by PR News.
In 2005, the St. Louis chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) announced that Delta Dental of Missouri’s Social Marketing Initiatives campaign captured the 2005 Marketing Excellence Award. This award, which showcases the region’s most successful marketing strategies, recognized Delta Dental’s commitment to fulfilling its mission to improve and promote oral health in the St. Louis community in ways that have also helped to raise awareness about the company and enhance the relationship between Delta Dental and members of the dental community.
In 2005, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency honored the St. Louis Regional Clean Air Partnership with the Children’s Environmental Health Recognition Award for its outreach efforts that demonstrated the organization’s commitment to protecting children from environmental health risks.
In 2002, the Missouri Governor’s Pollution Prevention Award recognized The St. Louis Regional Clean Air Partnership’s public awareness campaign. The program also won best of show.
In 1999, RideFinders captured the award for Continuous Improvement in the 13th Annual Illinois Governor’s Pollution Prevention Awards Program. It marked the second time the program was selected as a winner, with the awards serving as a testament to the RideFinders program’s ongoing success, as growing numbers of commuters in the St. Louis region make the transition from driving alone to ridesharing.
RideFinders also received top honors at the 1999 AdWheel Awards, given by the American Public Transit Association (APTA). APTA chose the RideFinders Commuter Connection newsletter as a winner in the Print Category, which featured entries from transit authorities across the country.
While this is a sampling of some of the awards we’ve helped our clients capture, we’re also proud of the long-term client relationships we’ve developed over the years and our continued ability to generate results for those clients, many of whom who have trusted us to develop and implement their marketing and public relations plans for more than a decade.
